Dum Designs conducted the renovation and updating of this outdated 1990’s Colonial in Rhinebeck, NY.

Local materials were sourced to update this colonial from the ground up. New appliances, fixtures and landscaping were put in place while keeping the heritage of the property in mind. Each room of the house is composed of custom built cabinets, vanities, and furnishings. Bathrooms were updated, as well as updating to a completely smart home system.
