Project Scope: Dum Designs led the full restoration of this A frame in Catskills NY in close cooperation with Art Home Garden Interiors.

Exteriors were fully restored from roof to the water stream. This required hands-on communication with the town and neighbors, ensuring codes were strictly followed.

The interiors were stripped down to the beams, new plumbing, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms. The modernization of this dated 1950s home were essential to align with current standards and more.
